Comparison and Evaluation of Financial Resource Allocation Efficiency in Liaoning Province

As an important province in northeast old industrial base, Liaoning Province had strong industrial base and superior natural environment, but it was enslaved to regional reform, historic and structural problems for a long time. The financial industry itself should be improved overall and it was difficult to promote economic development to the financial sector. Based 2003—2014 years of market data, using DEA method, the financial resource allocation efficiency was analyzed in Liaoning Province, and the results showed that the financial resources of Liaoning Province unevenly distributed. The city which was of highly financial efficiency of resource allocation the economic development was faster with a wealth of financial resources; on the contrary, cities' economic was underdeveloped with lower efficiency of the financial resources.

Research and Application of the Overheating and Tube-Burst Pre-Warning Device for the Steam Injection Boiler

Aimed at the existing steam injection boiler with wet saturated steam, the steam overheating and tube-burst pre-warning device is developed. The judgment basis and algorithm model of steam overheating monitoring are given, and the composition of the design device, component connection and man-machine interface are optimized. According to the physical properties of water and steam, the steam state is divided into four operation conditions: overheating alarm zone, overheating warning zone, operating zone and safety zone. Based on this, the visual coordinate diagram and the overheating monitoring histogram of the steam operating condition monitoring are designed in the man-machine interface. The steam overheating incidents are classified and filtered to make the device more reliable for steam overheating and early warning. Through field application data analysis, the effectiveness of the device is verified.

        In recent years, the natural gas hydrate as a new type of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection energy was praised by the world's energy industry, and its potential value could not be ignored. The study of gas hydrate was integrated in different countries of the world history, the present research situation and prospect analysis. In view of the natural gas hydrate in China started to be late and a series of actual situation, a set of research strategies suitable for the current development of our country was put forward, and some problems in the process of the actual mining were introduced.

Effects of Ni Loaded Catalyst With Varying Molar Ratio of Si to Al on the Catalytic Cracking of Mixed Waste Plastic

Three Ni/SiO 2-γ-Al 2O 3 catalysts with varying molar ratios of Si to Al were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation. The acid property and crystalline phase of these catalysts were characterized by FT-IR of adsorbed pyridine and XRD, respectively. The activities of the above catalysts were also investigated by the catalytic cracking experiment of mixed plastic. With decreasing of molar ratio of Si to Al, the total acid amounts of catalyst were increased, which induce gas and carbon yield increased and yield decreased. However, excess acid amount caused deep cracking, and then the gasoline fraction yield decreased. The 2 # catalyst of all the acid catalysts prepared is the best in this work and exhibits a very high catalytic activity (the gasoline fraction yield exceeds to 40%) on the catalytic cracking process.The gasoline compositions in the products of catalytic cracking were characterized by gas chromatograph. The results show that the acid property of the catalyst can be improved by modulating the molar ratio of Si to Al, and therefore the selectivity of the catalyst can be changed to get more gasoline fraction with high octane number.
